Visiting after a while, I noticed they now use CatchTable! It made waiting so much more convenient. Made with good ingredients, and yep — that's probably why I've marveled at it every time I've eaten here. - Uses top-grade Norwegian salmon (aged with konbu-jime) - Uses large flounder over 3kg (aged by submersion) - Uses house-made aged sauce I have no idea how sushi is actually made, but even just hearing about it makes it sound even more delicious,, ## The lunch-only value set for two, 24,900 won Sonsi Sushi's value set can only be ordered during lunch hours (11:20–13:30) and costs ₩24,900 for two. When this came out,,, I gasped at how gorgeous the color looked as soon as I saw it.
