The first thing that caught my eye was the tangy, refreshing mukguk (acorn jelly soup)! That sour broth was great for clearing the palate before digging into the rich gopchang haha And the green onion kimchi was so good!! Perfectly fermented, cool and tangy, it's a perfect match for the savory richness of the gopchang.
