Three of us — me, my mom and my aunt — ordered the sashimi omakase set at 39,000 won per person, which ran as a course from abalone porridge and mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) through more than ten kinds of aged sashimi including hairtail, yellowtail and red seabream, plus futomaki, clam vongole pasta, yurinji (fried chicken in soy-vinegar sauce), grilled sea bream head and beef shabu-shabu to finish. It was packed with fish and tangy-sweet, really got my appetite going. ### More than ten kinds of aged sashimi on one platter The star of the show, the assorted aged sashimi platter, comes with a really wide variety. How can it be this good? Just look at this skin, the best part of the red seabream, and this thickly sliced piece — game over, right? I want to eat it again. ## Not done yet: finishing with beef shabu-shabu The course at Namhae Fish Jamsilsaenae Branch even includes beef shabu shabu.
