My mom had never been to this café by Uicheon Stream, and she still hadn't tried the chimney bread here, so we went to Uisagye in Changdong! We'd already had dinner elsewhere, but there's always room for dessert, right? It's a red brick building, but it was a shame you couldn't see it well at night — coming in the daytime gives a brighter, warmer vibe! Seating is on the 1st and 2nd floors otherwise — since there were guests on the 2nd floor, we settled into the relatively quiet 1st-floor window seat. I thought about picking a cake, but ended up choosing bingsu instead. Guess that's a good excuse to come back again hahaha. ### Pet policy Changdong café Uisagye is a pet-friendly café, but only small dogs under 10kg with harness and leash required, and pets are only allowed on the 2nd floor and terrace — so if you're visiting with a pet, check the guide posted at the door! There were two bingsu options, snow-flake red bean bingsu and iced persimmon bingsu — my mom wanted the iced persimmon one, so we ordered the snow-flake iced persimmon bingsu along with a homemade omija ade. The milk ice cream was sweet, and paired with the cold iced persimmon it felt super refreshing. The perfect dessert to have right before summer ends! ## What does the homemade omija ade taste like?
