We showed up around 5:30pm on a weekend and couldn't get seated right away — we waited about 20 minutes. Plenty of people out for weekend dinner, as expected. We finished up with self-fried rice. Fried rice after BBQ is basically an unwritten rule! There's fun in frying it yourself, and somehow fried rice always finds room even when you're full. Gwacheon has so many kid-friendly spots — Seoul Land, Seoul Grand Park, the National Science Museum — making it a great weekend family destination. If you're like us, heading to Pony Land in Gwacheon and looking for a place to eat, or searching for Seoul Land restaurants, Seoul Grand Park restaurants, or Gwacheon National Science Museum restaurants, Deo Chadol is worth checking out too. Just note that on weekends like this, there can be a wait, so I'd recommend visiting with a bit of extra time to spare.
