There were classics such as croissants and madeleines, along with trendy desserts like wappu salt bread. They were also selling seasonal fig desserts right then—packed with a seriously generous amount of figs. The Gangnam Sand cookies caught my eye, too. They packaged them perfectly for gifting. Which means: a gift from me to me ^ㅇ^.. - Raspberry & white chocolate - Sweet pumpkin & butter - Caramel & white chocolate - Chocolate & cream - Earl Grey & white chocolate - Matcha & cream cheese - Peanut & butter - Black sesame & cream When I got home and tried them, the amount of cream was just right, so it didn’t overwhelm the cookies, and every added ingredient came through really intensely. Personally, the London Fog one with Earl Grey and white chocolate was the tastiest!! I completely understood why the salt cream coffee is their signature coffee! At first I thought it would be an ordinary cream latte, but it was a flavor I’d never had before. The cream was savory and salty rather than sweet, so I instantly got why it’s called a salt cream latte! The coffee underneath was full-bodied, with its aroma coming through beautifully. That coffee layer was actually sweet, and it paired so well with the salty cream. Sweet and salty means you can eat and drink forever, you know >.< Next, this madeleine!! Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from it, but it was really delicious. It was a fairly dense madeleine with the buttery flavor shining through. True to its name, the double vanilla madeleine had a lovely vanilla aroma, too! I worried it might be too sweet, but it wasn’t sweet at all, and it went so well with the salt cream latte!!
