Ordered at Sunday lunch, the hansang bossam set (15,000 won per person, minimum two people) arrived as a spread of roughly 25 dishes including bossam (boiled pork wraps); most side dishes tasted salty, with the bean sprout salad the mildest of the lot. But the timing was awkward for grabbing lunch there. So I decided to eat somewhere nearby instead. Including the bossam (boiled pork wraps), it added up to about 25 dishes. The side dishes came out in small portions, though it looked like refills were possible. I'm usually good at finding and photographing origin labels, but... I couldn't find them this time, ugh. So I'm relaying the origin info based on another blogger's post. I have no idea how that blogger managed to find it though... - Pork: Austria (for bossam), ribs (USA) - Napa cabbage kimchi: China - Chicken: Brazil - Rice: South Korea - Tofu (soybeans): USA The rice was the only domestically sourced ingredient. It brought back memories, a nostalgic kind of taste.
