Each piece had a subtly different richness and texture, so it seemed fun to pick your favorites. One mini brazier was provided per two people. I worried that sharing one between us might be inconvenient, but the grill was wider than at other places, so it was better than expected! The sirloin was tender and juicy inside, with its juices and flavor filling my mouth more and more with every chew.
