Or maybe just hangover ramyeon at most, but since this was a breakfast with my mom, I'd been thinking about it since the day before. Sundubu (soft tofu stew) felt right, so I found Jinsol Halmeoni Sundubu. ## Arriving at 10:30am: waiting time and parking I got there around 10:30am and the place was way bigger than I expected. Right by the entrance, there were about 8 grown men standing in a group. 'Wait, is this a waitlist?!' I panicked for a second thinking there was a wait, haha, but it turned out they were just finishing up their meal and leaving. The parking lot was huge too, so it was easy going with a car. Since we get around Sokcho mostly by car, I loved not having to circle around looking for a spot first thing in the morning. I saw the photo of Grandma Jinsol on the sign, and she looked just like my own grandmother. That made me feel unexpectedly fond of the place, and it brought back memories of my grandma — I didn't expect to feel that at a restaurant on a trip.
