Hi, it's Marom! On a weekend when I was craving donkkasu (pork cutlet), I went to Jinsim Wang Donkkasu, a Hwasun favorite. I wanted the old-style cutlet drenched in sauce — I'm a total donkkasu lover.

It was lunchtime and the place was packed — donkkasu really is a dish that everyone, young and old, loves. There were all kinds of ages, families, friends, couples. I saw a lot of people with kids too — they even have baby chairs.

## Ordering for two: one donkkasu plus wang jjolmyeon

Reading the intro to Jinsim Wang Donkkasu Hwasun branch, the owner's mindset really impressed me — handmade cutlets from the morning, a spotless store kept clean through diligent cleaning, soup made fresh every day with a strict policy to discard any leftover. It's a donkkasu place you can trust.

They suggest that two people order one donkkasu plus wang jjolmyeon, so we went with that. We ordered the Jinsim Wang Double Donkkasu, wang jjolmyeon, spicy donkkasu sauce, and a cola.

## How big is the wang donkkasu, really?

And the real wang donkkasu. I was completely shocked by the size. Jinsim Wang Donkkasu — I think they really named it right.

Can you see the size? It's genuinely a jaw-dropping size. It needs several palms' worth of space. The portion is huge, so it's great to come here with big eaters too — a real donkkasu house.

It came out soaked in sauce. If you want to dip it yourself instead, tell them ahead of time. Such a mouthwatering spread.

## How the old-style pork cutlet drenched in sauce tastes

We got tired mid-cut and just started eating. The cabbage salad was super generous too. Donkkasu with pepper on the side — so good.

I love donkkasu that's soaked deep in sauce like this. The meat was tender and the sauce was delicious too.

The vegetable-to-sauce ratio was just right and so tasty!! The portion was hugely generous, and the vegetables paired well with the noodles.

Donkkasu mukbang time! Rice topped with kimchi and donkkasu, an unwritten rule. A bite of pepper too~ pairs so well.

When you come to Jinsim Wang Donkkasu, you have to eat it wrapped in lettuce. Donkkasu wrap rice, such a perfect match.

## Packing up leftover donkkasu at the self-packing station

A true eating expert dips donkkasu into jjamppong broth too. But even eating as hard as we could, there was still so much left. Time for self-packing.

We packed the leftovers up neatly. I should've packed the sauce separately... Looks like there's another donkkasu party waiting at home.
