My favorite shrimp sushi, snow crab leg fritters and shrimp fritters loaded with crab meat (3 pieces each), bossam (boiled pork wraps), and imitation crab salad. The freshly fried snow crab leg fritters and shrimp fritters were crispy, and dipping them in sauce really whetted the appetite. My youngest doesn't like seafood so she ate the whole bossam by herself. She said it was soft and tasty, haha. The cockle and water dropwort salad and the imitation crab salad both come with one free refill 4 pieces of sweet raw shrimp.
