Two big eaters ordered three dishes between them — half-chicken kalguksu at 11,900 won, house-made yeolmu kimchi cold naengmyeon at 10,900 won and Western-style chicken tenderloin katsu at 9,900 won — and the portions were so large that some kalguksu noodles went uneaten. There were also some other tempting menu items — seasoned crab bibim naengmyeon and chicken gomtang haha. I love both seasoned crab and bibim naengmyeon so much, but for some reason neither called to me that day, so we went with something else. Kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), the radish that goes with naengmyeon, danmuji (pickled radish), pickles, kimchi — all kinds were prepared! And free rice too... that's such a generous touch. I bet it would also be good wrapped burger-style with cabbage~ There was plenty of sauce poured on, so there was no shortage, and it stayed moist all the way through! Somehow hearing that it's house-made makes it feel more trustworthy...? Like it probably wasn't made in China, so it felt reassuring to eat lol. There's been a lot of controversy about that stuff lately... The broth was so delicious, and honestly the portion was way, way too much... My boyfriend and I are both genuinely big eaters, you know? The kalguksu noodles below had such a huge portion too that we had to leave a little behind..! The chicken — wing, breast, and leg — was all cleanly torn in half and added in. The portion is seriously huge. You can tell from the photo how much noodle there is too?? Genuinely generous. A group shot of us big eaters... lol. Both dishes had way too much noodle, but we still finished the whole chicken katsu, finished the whole yeolmu naengmyeon, and only left a bit of the kalguksu noodles, which came out later. For most normal people, I'd recommend two dishes for two people..^^ It's an incredible value! But honestly, every dish looked so impressive and each was delicious in its own way, so it's a bit of a shame to stick to one dish per person... They even had xylitol candies and mouthwash prepared, so thoughtful. Even Febreze haha.
