Arriving right at the 11am opening, we ordered Pyongyang naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodles in water broth) for 14,000 won, pork gomtang (clear bone broth soup) for 13,000 won and braised pork tail at the kiosk, and all three dishes arrived within 5 to 7 minutes. This place would be great to bring foreign friends to as well. The broth was really mild and bland, but oddly enough it's a flavor you keep going back to in your mind. The broth was genuinely crystal-clear, so it was clean and light. The meat was really tender too. A bold, punchy flavor that's the complete opposite of the mild naengmyeon.
