The moment I open the lid on Olla Poke, seeing it packed to the brim with toppings makes me happy for no reason 😍😍 It's not just a salad full of veggies — it's got brown rice, vegetables, and all kinds of toppings, so it's genuinely filling as a full meal!! The visuals alone are no joke... This time I'm mixing them half-half again!! Adding smoked duck definitely gives it a different feel from a typical poke >_< It has that distinctly savory, slightly salty duck flavor that pairs perfectly with the vegetables — never bland, actually a great match!!!! You know that moment eating just veggies for a 'healthy meal' gets a little sad… lol.
