And, true to a baguette-burger shop, it comes with a little piece of baguette tucked in! I'd actually had mugwort ice cream elsewhere before, but the mugwort scent was too strong, it tasted bitter, and it had this... sauna smell, so I wasn't into it. Jwasuyeong Baguette Burger's mugwort ice cream tastes like chal-tteok ice cream. As befits a baguette burger, it had the flavor of a handmade burger sold from a truck, with harmonious ingredients and a seriously delicious sauce. It's stuffed absolutely full, so I think it would be great as a meal replacement too. They were generously filled with smooth strawberry-milk buttercream, which went so well with the shells. The taste held up well even compared with a specialist macaron shop. Jwasuyeong Baguette Burger is a perfect dessert spot where nothing misses, from its burgers to fat macarons and ice cream! A baguette burger with a generous meat filling inside crisp bread, fat macarons pairing chewy shells with soft filling, and mugwort ice cream whose gentle fragrance makes you want to keep eating!
