You can also add noodles, so I ordered some, but it turned out later that they were already included, so no need to order them separately! The ribs were well coated in the spicy sauce, so you take a bite of meat and immediately reach for a spoonful of rice! So so good... The pork spicy galbijjim had ribs braised until tender and soft, deeply soaked in a spicy-sweet sauce haha. The meat had no gamey smell and was tender, and thanks to the fat evenly distributed among the lean meat, it wasn't dry but moist~ The spicy sauce soaked all the way into the meat, so with the first bite you get a sweet umami flavor first, followed by a sharp spiciness — the kind of spicy that keeps you coming back for more lol.
