Even on a weekday evening it looked pretty busy, with group gatherings and families with kids already in. Honestly I came here as much for the curry as anything, but after looking at the menu I ended up ordering nasi goreng and tandoori tikka instead. We only ordered two dishes but the portions were shockingly huge!! If you come here, I really want you to try this. The soft, thick lassi combined with pineapple's tangy sweetness gives you this clean feeling in your mouth after a bite of food!! Rama & Babana has that distinct charm of Indian cuisine without the spices being overwhelming, so it's easy to approach, and with such a varied menu it's also great for a group to visit and share dish by dish. This time I filled up on nasi goreng and tandoori tikka, so next visit I'll properly dig into my favorite chicken curry with naan for dipping!
