A small mortar filled with sesame seeds came to the table. The onions were sweet too, and it was fun switching between the vegetables and sauces. ## What does the cheese-topped potato pancake taste like? The potato pancake arrived thin and crispy. At the table, they grated cheese over it directly, and we could add as much as we wanted.
