I already like matcha in general, but I loved that this one wasn't just sweet — you could really taste matcha's strong aroma and flavor. I wondered if that would even work, but wow, I was surprised after the first bite. The mild sweetness of the persimmon, the nutty walnuts, and the dense cheesecake all came together beautifully — it had a different charm than a typical cheesecake, almost like a carrot cake vibe? The mild sweetness of the fig went really well with the creaminess of the cream cheese, and it was great paired with an iced americano too. ## Looking for a dessert café near Gangnam Station?
