The signature dishes include the 50-year-tradition Korean beef galbitang (short rib soup), a hangover soup sold for 50 years, and Korean beef yukgaejang (spicy beef soup). Gochujang jumulleok, great for sharing, is also listed as a signature dish. Rice is ordered separately. The gochujang jumulleok came piled high on a wide griddle — red-seasoned meat generously topped with fresh cabbage and green onion, no holding back. Vivid green scallions and sweet cabbage mingling with the spicy-sweet gochujang sauce — doesn't it already look like a win before you even taste it? Once the heat kicks in, the natural sweetness released from the vegetables blends right into the spicy gochujang sauce.
