It came thick-cut but pre-grilled almost all the way through, so we only had to finish it off a little over the charcoal fire and could eat it right away, haha. That said, since we're used to eating meat leisurely off a regular grill pan, cooking over charcoal took some getting used to — the meat cooks fast and the outside can burn easily! The pork neck was our favorite by far! Out of everything, that's what I'd recommend. I heard it's a well-known spot near Unjeong Lake — if you're looking for a pork neck restaurant in that area, I'd recommend Tannae.
