From towels to skin toner and lotion — I'd forgotten to bring my own skin and lotion and was worried, but they had Aveda products ready, so I was completely covered. They call it a Nordic, Finnish-style sauna. Apparently a Finnish sauna uses low-humidity dry heat that raises the temperature slowly. My whole body had felt so stiff and heavy that day, but after the sauna and bath, I went straight home and passed out asleep. Hygiene, privacy, and quality — My Bless Sauna has it all.
