Isn't it so pretty? The monochrome, sleek interior adds a touch of luxury — I could see why it's a popular Daejeon date spot. We came during lunchtime, and even then half the tables were already full. A little while later, a lot more people came in. The salad had a variety of vegetables and a tangy sauce that really got the appetite going. True to a Daejeon steak spot, it was cooked well-done, but still juicy, nutty, and chewy in the best way — I really enjoyed it. ## Scallop uni oil pasta and choosing the fresh noodle We also ordered the scallop uni oil pasta on top. We went with the standard noodle No. 1. At Plate Dunsan Branch, you can pick your fresh noodle to your taste.
