It's onion, cabbage, and corn kernels in a mayo-sugar mix, so piled on a cracker it tastes sweet. The fresh-squeezed orange juice had that clean, real-orange taste!! Such a pretty visual. The crushed peanuts gave it a nice crunch, and the chili flakes made it pleasantly spicy. There was beef brisket in it too, so protein sorted haha. The shrimp were nice and plump — two of them, so my friend and I each got one to share fairly. Colorful vegetables and a snow-cheese topping upgrade the visual 😎 It's boneless so it's easy to eat, and it comes with salad so you can enjoy it without feeling greasy. Eating it together with the onion added a slight spicy kick that I liked.
