## Returning to Hwamyeong-dong for summer-dulled skin care

I went on vacation and spent a lot of time outdoors this summer, so my skin, exposed to the intense sun, suddenly looked dull and a little tanned. My skin tone seemed less even than usual, and the texture felt dry and rough, so I wanted to properly care for my tired summer skin.

The treatment area was spacious, and the rooms were set up for private care, which felt very comfortable. Before the treatment, we had a brief consultation and I talked about the things I usually worry about.

The treatment began by gently loosening my scalp, neck, and shoulders. Since I use a computer and smartphone so much, there are many days when my neck and shoulders feel stiff, but the care running from my scalp down through my neck and shoulders gradually released that tension. The scalp treatment in particular felt so refreshing.

Rather than focusing only on my face because it was a facial, the treatment first relaxed my body overall and then moved on to facial care, so I could lie back much more comfortably. My arms had been especially tight lately, so she focused on them, and afterward the swelling in both my arms and face had gone down a lot.

Before the main facial treatment, we began with cleansing. I liked that even the cleansing was done so thoroughly. Afterward, she checked my skin condition and worked on my whole face. What I especially liked about this session was the process using vitamins C and E.

Before the vitamin treatment, she gave my skin moisture with a hydrating mask. She said it was an essential step because my skin is so dry. I really need to drink more water. I always tell myself I will drink plenty every day, but I do not think I actually drink very much.

She said I would wake up with baby-bottom skin in the morning, so I am completely excited, haha. Right after the treatment, my skin felt hydrated and smoothly refined, and my face line looked cleaner too, so I kept looking in the mirror.
