Low & Sweet's americano strikes a nice balance — the acidity and nuttiness are neither too much, and it cleans up the palate really well. It paired perfectly with the sweet, chewy bakery desserts. Overall, everything I ordered had that crisp-outside, moist-inside texture and great flavor. The canelé had a lively texture, with a pudding-like, moist and chewy inside — really delicious — and the egg tart was wonderfully crisp too. In this exotic, polished space I got to enjoy a cool, clean iced americano alongside well-executed bakery desserts 💛 The canelé was textbook crisp-outside-moist-inside, the egg tart was soft, and the lemon madeleine burst with tang — thoroughly satisfying all around.
