My first Brazilian wax at 24 weeks pregnant took about 40 minutes, and there was no cramping. It was bearable pain, though I did tense up in the sensitive spots. Since I'm pregnant, they said scrubs aren't recommended, but if you're worried about ingrown hairs, they suggested gently using a pregnancy-safe scrub. I only used aloe gel, and even 10 days later I have no particular itchiness, discomfort, or skin irritation! So I'm really, really satisfied.
