It's open daily from 18:00 to 05:00 the next day, and you can use nearby parking lots. I'm not much of a drinker to begin with, and I drink even less than I used to, but I've come to like a cocktail in a pretty bar more and more haha 😆 Rather than several bottles of soju-beer mixes over a meal, one or two well-made cocktails in a gorgeous place while chatting — that's more my style 💅✨ We were trying to figure out where to meet up with friends I hadn't seen in a while, and this place I'd bookmarked because the vibe was so exactly my style came to mind — 📍Rosetta Hapjeong. The first thing that catches your eye out front is the red awning ❤️ Cream-colored walls with a red accent, and once the lights come on, it feels like standing in front of an old European hotel bar. I really love that overwhelming feeling when a space has such a distinct atmosphere, and I never expected to find a place with such good vibes in Hapjeong. This is the signature Water Lily Pond, the cocktail I ordered at this Hapjeong bar. I usually prefer crisp white-wine-style drinks, so I was curious about the harmony of refreshing ingredients like fig, cherry blossom, and herb oil on a dry sherry wine base, and ordered it. As soon as it was served, they dropped herb oil along the rim, and a fragrant herbal scent along with white grape aroma hit me right away. At Rosetta, classic cocktails, or any flavor you want, can be made non-alcoholic. This was a textbook sweet pineapple piña colada. Even at that high proof it wasn't heavy — a sophisticated, urban cocktail with a good balance of citrus and cognac. The fresh tang of the crème fraîche combined with the chorizo oil gave it that restrained, refined flavor I remember from eating the real ingredients in Europe!! The potatoes are moist inside with a savory aroma from being roasted in butter — eaten alone they're like the baby potatoes from a highway rest stop, but the jamón adds saltiness and the apricot honey reduction brings sweetness at the end. There was cuttlefish scattered throughout, so between bites of the soft sauce you'd occasionally get that bouncy texture — a pasta that worked well that way! This too wasn't overly seasoned and let the natural ingredient flavors come through a lot. When it comes to pasta with drinks, I actually prefer this richer, more umami style. ## Final verdict on Rosetta in Hapjeong If you're looking for an atmospheric bar in Hapjeong and want something special to drink, I'd recommend this place. The space is beautiful and has great photo-worthy vibes — I saw plenty of people coming just to take pictures. There are truly countless bars in Hapjeong, but it's rare to find one with such a clear interior concept along with signature cocktails and a wide drink selection ᰔ Especially with the burgundy colors, stained glass, paintings, and lighting, no matter where you take a photo, Rosetta's distinct mood comes through — very satisfying ˶ᵕᴗᵕ˶ 〰️ Starting from dinner, moving on to a signature cocktail, then a classic — it flows so well, making it perfect as a date course at this cocktail bar near Hapjeong Station.
