Maybe because it was a weekend evening, people kept steadily coming in! Families, friends, couples — all kinds of people were coming in. The clean, warm atmosphere somehow felt like a good fit for Seoul Station. The visuals are insane. The sirloin looked so fresh and glistening I wanted to pop it straight into my mouth. It comes with three sauces — wasabi, chili sauce, and salt — plus Ichigyu's special sauce. Next up, the gyukatsu jumbo arrives (₩32,000). Even just looking at it, you can tell it's going to be amazing, right? It kept going out so often I felt bad, but the staff told us that's actually normal since you're not supposed to grill it all at once — just call them anytime it goes out ㅠㅠ Ahh, I couldn't hold back... loaded the brazier all the way full. I think this might be the best quality gyukatsu I've had in Korea — completely satisfied.
