It's right in front of Omok Park so it's great to drop into after a walk, and it's close to Omokgyo Station too, so it's perfect for lunch or eating solo. It's open daily from 11:00 to 20:30, and offers 3 hours of free parking. It's about a 5-minute walk from Exit 2 of Omokgyo Station, and sits directly across from Omok Park so it's easy to find. Head down the stairs next to the Starbucks on the 1st floor of the SBS building, or through the PARK161 shopping center entrance. The open kitchen with うれしい (ureshii) written on it caught my eye, and the overall wood-tone interior felt clean. Ureshii means happy, glad, or warmly grateful — and I'm happy a ramen shop opened in Mokdong too, haha. Since we visited around 3pm, it was a great time to take photos inside. Rich tonkotsu broth loaded with chashu, a soft-boiled egg, wood ear mushrooms, and a generous pile of chopped scallions — a really pretty visual for photos too. 📸 Even ordered at basic concentration, the broth was rich and savory. The noodles were thin and straight, which matched the tonkotsu broth well.
