Come on, you can't visit a Chinese restaurant and skip tangsuyuk haha. The batter was fried nice and crispy, and dipping it into the cabbage sauce served on the side gave it a savory, sweet-and-sour flavor that worked really well together. So crispy that my chopsticks kept going back for more! So I got to taste a bit of noodle too, and then mixed the rice into the broth and dug in haha. Yeah... nothing beats jjamppong for a hangover! And the fried rice turned out to be surprisingly good. The grains were fried up nice and fluffy, light and tasty with each bite.
