The owner sets everything up for you at first, and after that you just grab more yourself! Pickled onion, green onion, lettuce wraps, pickled radish, onion, wasabi, salt — they've got it all. And the doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) is unlimited too, and it's seriously so good. Once you finish the meat, make yourself some drinking rice with that stew — seriously it's amazing.
