My husband and I were out and about in Seongsu today and came for lunch, and—men’s soul food!!!—budae jjigae (Korean army stew) won. The dining room was spacious and comfortable, and what I especially loved was how cool it was. You get so hot eating budae jjigae, right? I came right at opening around 11 and snapped photos while there was no one around, but soon afterward guests started pouring in. It was bubbling away deliciously. The neatly arranged ham was releasing its juices into the broth. It is right beside you, so it is easy to top up whenever you want. The broth was refreshing and spicy, and I kept drinking it, so it disappeared in no time, hahaha. ## The ramen noodle and scallion kimchi combination You cannot leave out ramen, haha!
