Plus woosamgyeop shabu-shabu What's a hot pot without glass noodles, right?? Usually when you order extra you only get a little, but Hyoeunok gives you a ton, so I was very happy with the amount. We ordered extra, so we had two bundles. Kalguksu soaked in all that beef rib hot pot broth, so chewy! And Hyoeunok's kimchi and kkakdugi are delicious too ~ they went so well with the noodles. Honestly could rival a dedicated kalguksu restaurant. My mom and aunts loved the gondre porridge so much!
