At the end, we made sure to add fried rice. The savoriness of the gopchang fat mixed with the spiciness of the special sauce, and we scraped the pan clean to the very bottom. Oh, and honestly the thing I loved most was this side dish — shiitake mushrooms tossed in soy sauce and wasabi.
