I usually stress over picking a restaurant for group dinners, but this one really delivered, so I wanted to write it down. It's got that easy, drink-with-friends vibe of a Dujeong-dong BBQ pub, and the meat quality itself was good enough that I can happily recommend it as a Dujeong-dong restaurant to remember. ## Location, hours, and parking The restaurant is about a 7-minute drive from Dujeong Station, so access wasn't bad at all. It's open from 4pm until 4am the next day, which is great since you can go even late at night. Parking fits about 2 cars right in front of the building. ## Charcoal and rice-husk smoking, and the restaurant atmosphere Cham Dwaejitgan's own smoking method stood out — they say they smoke the meat using charcoal and domestic rice husks. Maybe because of that, the meat itself had a subtle smoky aroma, giving it a slightly different flavor from a typical samgyeopsal place. The restaurant itself was spacious and comfortable, the kind of place that would work for group dinners, family meals, or dates alike. The amenities were thoughtfully prepared too — phone chargers, hair ties, disposable aprons, plastic covers for your clothes, kids' tableware, wifi, floss and toothpicks, mouthwash, mints, and even Febreze. The Boseong Nokdon samgyeopsal had a great balance of fat and lean meat, so one bite off the grill brought out a rich, savory flavor.
