First up, the beef bulgogi rice bowl! There was a generous amount of thinly sliced beef belly (usamgyeop) piled on top of the rice, so it was fine as a meal on its own without needing extra side dishes. It was slightly salty with a savory richness from the meat's fat that paired well with the rice — a good pick when you want a hearty meal while traveling.
