And I couldn't just walk past the cheese egg custard, so I added that too 🧀 With the cheese melted over the soft, fluffy egg custard, it was perfect to eat in between bites of meat. Especially after eating something spicy like the kimchi jjigae, a bite of the cheese egg custard resets your palate with something soft and savory.
