Looking for a hair salon in Cheonho-dong that's good with women's hair? I've been doing ash brown color a lot lately, but my regrowth cycle kept getting faster and the fade-to-orange was really bothering me. So this time I decided to really nail it and went to see designer Yeondu at Juno Hair Cheonho Rodeo, known for ash brown color and perms!

To cut to the chase, I ended up super satisfied — the color matched my picky requests perfectly :)

They use the whole building so the salon is pretty spacious, and with up to 3 hours of parking support at the Cheonho underground lot, there's no worry even if you bring your car! It's convenient whether you take public transport or drive yourself :)

The interior was clean and well put together, and there were plenty of waiting seats so I think you could wait comfortably even during busy hours :)

Since I did ash brown so often, my roots kept lightening faster and faster! And the fact that it always faded to orange over time was the most stressful part. So this time I wanted a tone-down color that lasted longer and had less red when it faded :)

### The three picky requests made in the consultation

The consultation before the service was really thorough about what look I wanted! I had quite a few conditions.

- A somewhat deep color, since it recently lightened too fast
- But not black
- A color with as little red as possible when it fades over time

When I told her these conditions, she suggested mode blue level 6 without any hesitation! She explained that you need blue tones mixed in so that red doesn't show through when it fades :) That kind of explanation made me trust her even more!

### How the color was done and how long it took

Once the color was decided, she carefully applied a scalp protectant, and then the coloring began in earnest! Throughout the service, her attentiveness really stood out — she kept checking that the color was going on properly and asking if I was uncomfortable at all :)

She also prepared something to drink so I wouldn't get bored during the service, and since it was a drizzly day I asked for a warm coffee — the coffee here is amazing too. Sipping coffee while I waited made the time go by so much faster :)

Even with so many conditions, I got exactly the color I wanted — deep but not black, and almost no red tones at all.

I also love that even as it fades, the blue base will keep it in check so I worry less about the orange showing up! This ash brown tone-down, perfect for the autumn vibe, was a total success :)
