The weather's been so nice lately and I wanted to wander around eating good food, so this time we went for burgers in Sinchon 🍔 I love burgers to begin with, and I was really craving a plump shrimp burger, so while looking around I found this place! Corn ribs are corn roasted whole, cut into rib-like pieces, and it actually paired surprisingly well with the burgers. If you want a side that's a bit different from the usual fries, corn ribs are worth ordering. Dip it in the sauce and it's the perfect beer snack. Crispy fries with that butter garlic flavor added — a great side to eat alongside a burger, as always. One bite of burger, one bite of fries, one sip of draft beer — isn't that combo basically unbeatable lol. The name alone sounds like the signature menu item, so I ordered one of these first — and true to a burger built around a beef patty, the patty really made its presence known. It's got a thick meat patty, so with one bite you really taste the meat, and just this one burger felt pretty filling on its own!
