Talk about a hidden gem — there's no name on the sign at all. But everyone finds their way there anyway, haha?? I tried visiting once before and couldn't get in, but this time I came before noon and made it in. You can try this year's new-crop Geisha coffee from the Huila region of Colombia. The herbal notes and intense bergamot come through vivid and bold, with a beautiful Earl Grey-like flavor that holds up even as it cools. A lot of people love Geisha coffee, and my wife was completely won over by its flashy flavor and acidity too. My wife said she really liked the coffee's taste too. The coffee flavor itself was excellent. As lunchtime passed, more and more customers came pouring in. I heard the cake menu here is also great, so I'm already thinking I'll come back next time I'm in Jeju for espresso and cake. This café really won me over.
