## What was the assorted Hangdon pork like?

After looking over the menu, I ordered 600g of assorted Hangdon pork.

The meat arrived on a tray. Before grilling, it had a vivid color and a glossy surface, and I liked that the assortment let me try several cuts.

## What complimentary dishes come with a meat order?

When I ordered the meat, bibim jjolmyeon (spicy mixed chewy noodles) came out as a complimentary dish. The noodles were springy, and the sauce was sweet, sour, and spicy. Eating them between bites of meat helped cut through the richness.

Steamed egg was also complimentary. It was soft and mild, making it easy to alternate between bites of meat and jjolmyeon.

An assortment of vegetables and mushrooms was served as well. Grilling them beside the meat added a mild flavor and aroma.

I also received grillable dumpling wrappers as a complimentary item. Like wrapping jjolmyeon in flat dumplings, I could place meat or jjolmyeon on the grilled wrappers and fold them around the filling.

## What did I eat with the grilled meat?

First, kimchi, musaengchae (seasoned shredded radish), and fernbrake namul were placed on the hot grill. The oil released by the meat soaked into the side dishes, giving them a nutty flavor different from eating them on their own.

The meat sizzled on the grill and browned on the outside. After cutting it into bite-sized pieces, I tried a piece and found it moist and savory inside.

I especially liked eating the meat with grilled fernbrake namul. The chewy meat and softly cooked fernbrake worked well together, and the fernbrake had absorbed the meat's savory oil.

## How were the additional kimchi stew and jjagechi?

I also ordered kimchi stew to eat with the meat. It arrived generously portioned in a ttukbaegi (earthenware bowl), with plenty of meat inside. I could pick out tender pieces from the spicy broth, and spoonfuls of the warm soup made me think of rice.

I ordered one jjagechi as well and had it between bites of meat. It tasted like something children would enjoy too, so it felt like an option the whole family could share.

## What dessert did I receive through the review event?

At the end of the meal, I participated in the review event and received Oreo vanilla ice cream as a complimentary item. The smooth vanilla ice cream contained cookie pieces, combining sweetness with a crisp texture. It was a dessert to finish after the meat and other dishes.
