and the restaurant is right there on the 2nd floor. It's easy to find even on a first visit. The surrounding area is lively too, so it's nice to wander around before or after your meal.

The salmon rice bowl caught my eye the moment it came out. Appetizing salmon, crunchy onion and an egg yolk on top,

it looked perfect. I popped the yolk and mixed it with the salmon, and the nutty richness and softness filled my mouth.

## Is the cube steak rice bowl generous with the meat?

When the cube steak rice bowl came out, it was piled with nicely grilled cube steak. The looks are great, right? haha

On the first bite, the outside had a subtle smoky grill flavor and the inside was moist and juicy, so the meat's flavor came through richer the more I chewed.

The salty-sweet special sauce soaked into the rice, and the meat and rice went together really well.
