Fried egg, flying fish roe, and ramyeon can be added on. At Onggi Kkotgejang, the rule is one order per person, and you're told to ask staff for crab refills. Disposable gloves and aprons are self-serve, and the refilled crab is the same crab as the first serving, but it's given whole! They came out so so so pretty and looked really appetizing. I'd always wanted to try this at least once when eating crab lol. Squeezing it out like this, so much meat comes out. I basically ended up making spicy marinated crab bibimbap here ㅋㅎㅋㅋㅋㅋ. Gathering just the meat like this made me think of a marinated crab place in Yeosu haha. Personally, the spicy marinated crab here was so delicious that I really enjoyed my meal! The owner would come by with the crab and ask if we wanted a refill without us even having to say anything haha. Recommended if you like crab, and especially recommended if you like spicy marinated crab!
