I didn't manage to get a shot of the space with people in it, but even on a weekday lunch there were 4-5 tables haha. There was another family with a baby too, just like us — I felt an odd sense of camaraderie. I don't live in Busan anymore, but I actually grew up in this neighborhood. The color and aroma from the abalone innards were great too.. When I tasted it, there was plenty of abalone to chew on and a deep flavor overall! The plating here is really something, haha. It wasn't a very spicy style, which was actually nice since it didn't sit heavy. I'm not a fan of overcooked noodles, but the noodle texture here was just right, haha. Just in case, we asked them to leave off any spicy seasoning if it's normally added — just a light dusting of cheese instead. Freshly fried sweet potato fries are so good.. delicious for both the baby and me, and we cleared the plate, haha.
