I finally made it back out to Eulwangri on Yeongjong island. This kind of weather is just perfect for a trip to see the West Sea! I usually end up near Eulwangri or Seonnyeobawi Beach.

Looking for a café in Eulwangri that photographs well and pours good coffee? I'd just had some delicious ganjang gejang (soy-marinated crab) and went looking for a café nearby — and found Pink Wall Cafe, a pretty spot with great coffee too!

Pink Wall — pink through and through, right from the name. The building's exterior is plastered in pink, true to its name! There's a generous parking area right in front of the store, and since I visited on a weekday afternoon, parking was easy!

First I checked the menu on the kiosk. Such a wide range of drinks. Since I'd just eaten and wanted caffeine, I ordered an iced Americano (₩6,500) and a vanilla latte (₩7,800)!

They still have the lemon-Americano I used to love, and lots of great-looking ades too. Plenty of teas and smoothies as well, so there's a lot to choose from if you come with family. The ade tempted me, but after a meal, coffee wins!

### Why the bagels waited for the next visit

The bagels are made in-house — I definitely would have tried one if I weren't so full, but I'd eaten a huge meal beforehand and had to skip the bakery today, ugh. Before visiting I looked up reviews and apparently this place is known for its bagels!! So many varieties, and the bread smelled amazing — I'll definitely try one next time.

They give you free cream cheese with a bagel purchase! Usually cream cheese is an extra charge, so that's really nice! With cream cheese included, this is genuinely great value for a bakery café at a pricier tourist spot!

After ordering, I looked around the store — the overall pink vibe and the wide table spacing were both great. Seems like it'd photograph really well. The little props scattered around are cute too. I'd never seen a pink chandelier before, and it fit the café's mood perfectly. I took tons of photos.

### The terrace where you can sit with your dog

There's also a terrace space where you can sit with your dog — a pet-friendly café, seriously..!! Those are so precious. Places you can go with your dog are pretty limited, so I'll have to bring our Odong next time. That day, one family had come with several large dogs. The view next to the terrace was nice too.

Since it's Pink Wall Cafe, I guess even the baby chairs are pink. I love that kind of attention to detail. There's plenty of terrace space scattered around, and the open view makes it a great spot on a nice day! I was going to sit on the terrace to enjoy the sunshine too, but it suddenly got hot again that afternoon, so I sat inside where it was cool.

## How do the iced Americano and vanilla latte taste?

While looking around, my Americano and vanilla latte arrived — don't they look refreshing just from the photo? The portions were quite generous too.

The beans must be decent, because the coffee tasted great! The acidity and nuttiness were well balanced, so I enjoyed it a lot. Even for me, someone who's a bit picky about coffee — a yes!

## Is Pink Wall Cafe good with kids?

And finally, even the straws are pink. Pink Wall Cafe feels like a trip to a whole pink world — I should bring my little pink princess Rini along next time. The relaxed atmosphere and spacing make this a café that would work well with kids too. And there are desserts and drinks kids can enjoy as well!

The restroom was inside and nice and clean! (Even the restroom was pink, of course.) Next time I'm out in Eulwangri, I'll have to come back for the bagels! Pink Wall Cafe is definitely a place I'd visit again.
