It's super close to Exit 3 of Jamsilsaenae, so it's really easy to find~ I was craving daepae samgyeopsal (shaved pork belly) anyway, and all-you-can-eat??? The price was so good too. Haha. Also there were photos of famous comedians up front — Park Hwi-sun, Oh Jung-tae, Oh Ji-heon. Not sure if they're promo models or actual co-owners, so I went in curious haha. ## Seating and how it works Once inside, a friendly staff member helped seat us. There were tons of seats, looked great for group gatherings or work dinners. It's a pretty new place so I thought not many people would know about it, but it was actually packed. There were these instructions posted at every table, which was nice. Staff first walked us through how it works. I debated getting naengmyeon (cold noodles) and stew too, but there was already so much food that I didn't order extra. ## What's at the self-bar? True to the name, the shaved pork types were really varied. So happy. There was the same meat setup on the opposite side too, plus pig's feet as an extra menu item. I needed some broth so I also boiled up ramen — this Jamsilsaenae spot, Muhan Paldo Daepae Jamsilsaenae Branch, is genuinely a great restaurant with great value, so my return-visit intention is 200% ㅠ Not sure how everyone finds out about it, but the place was packed with customers in the evening.
