It was fun just looking around at all the little decorative pieces and interior touches placed here and there :) There were quite a lot of customers in the store that day, so unfortunately I didn't get to sit down and enjoy the space. It chewed softly with a subtle potato flavor coming through :) Apparently Sokcho Bultan Gamja Bread uses squid ink to give the bread its black color, capturing Sokcho's identity. The outside looks black, but inside it's a soft, chewy potato bread, making it a unique kind of Sokcho travel souvenir.
