Traveling with a kid, it matters a lot whether there's something on the menu she can eat too — so the adults ordered jjamppong and my daughter ordered jajangmyeon, and all three of us ended up happy. This is my husband's chicken jjamppong. The broth flavor and ingredients are the same as the rice version, just served with noodles instead of rice. As for spice level — keeping in mind I'm pretty weak with spicy food — it was a bit spicier than Shin Ramyun.
