Chuncheon tuna restaurant course with aged cuts: Maguro Tuna
Maguro Tuna is a tuna restaurant on Boan-gil in Chuncheon, Gangwon, serving konbujime-aged tuna sashimi courses. I tried the 53,000 won Jin Course with explained cuts, sushi, and a choice of rice or buckwheat noodles to finish. Verdict: A satisfying dinner for slowly tasting different tuna cuts.
